Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence impacts a leader’s success more than intelligence.  Failing to be aware of the impact of your own emotions or failing to understand the emotions of those around you can be devastating to your career and your leadership effectiveness, and adversely impact the productivity and retention of employees. Emotional intelligence is much more than being “nice”; it impacts how we perceive and express ourselves, decision making, interpersonal relationships, cope with stress, and use emotional information in an effective and strategic way. 

Jill is certified in the Multi-Health Systems EQ-i 2.0/360 assessments, which have high reliability and validity.  In addition to the assessment, Jill provides a 90 minute debriefing and works with the leader to develop an action plan that will help the leader increase their emotional intelligence.    

Assessments through 360 Interviews

Jill also helps to identify areas of growth for leaders through 360 interviews. From these interviews, Jill and the leader determine action plans and goals.
